Popped in for lunch. Cosy atmosphere and lovely welcome from staff as usual. Ordered the meat of the day - braised ox cheeks. Absolutely stunning. Melt in the mouth cheeks, smooth mash and wonderfully seasoned. Took the waiting staffs recommendation for a red wine and was a lovely match! Thanks again
Very nice staff, good food and drink, nice decor and atmosphere with no music so easy to have a conversation. Courtyard seating for warm evenings.
New favourite Italian just landed. Honestly, couldn't fault a thing. Ambience and service get high marks but the food is really what I expect anytime I walk into an Italian but rarely achieve. Simple, fresh dishes done to a very high standard. My hardest choice was what not to get but that can get rectified in the eventual next appearance I make. The Rustiche Mare (Prawn & Clam Pasta) is a game changer. 6 stars.
Amazing Sunday lunch here today. We had mix of food. Sunday roast was very special and the pizzas were nice. Good selection of deserts too which we had to try. The staff were very welcoming. The atmosphere was good with a light and bright restaurant, conservatory seating and an outdoor courtyard. Highly recommend
We had an excellent celebration of an early Mother’s Day and my daughter’s birthday . The staff couldn’t have been more attentive and made my 2 year old granddaughter and 5 year old grandson very welcome. The food was delicious especially the homemade pasta dishes . There was an excellent selection of wines and cocktail and mouth watering desserts. Will be going here again
Here is my favourite place since I joined a meet up here! I love seafood pasta, but I can’t recommend this place enough! It is the best place to try seafood pasta by far in Manchester! Even the dessert menu is superb and amazing. I visited in here for my husband’s birthday again today. They made it the most wonderful day for us
I rarely ever ever give a review, largely because even when food/service has been really good, I find them a bit hit and miss on return. 5th time at Cibus today and it was simply OUTSTANDING yet again, so review is really deserved! The food was unbelievably good and the consistency is amazing so kudos to the chef whoever they are and front of house team!
Absolutely love this place always such amazing food and great service. You couldn't ask nicer people or better food. Me and my partner saved up going here for a special occasion but its so reasonably priced we intend to make it a more regular thing.
